Men’s Ministry

Building Brothers at Brockton Assembly of God’s is more than just a group – it’s a family. Together, we support, encourage, and uplift one another through fellowship and volunteerism. Here are a few updates about our upcoming events: 

• April 12 – Men’s Campfire –  7 PM at FMC, Hot dogs and beans
• June 15 – Men’s Breakfast – 8:30 – 10 AM at FMC, Speaker TBA

  September (Day TBD) – Brotherhood Summit – 9-12:30 at FMC, Speaker: Mike Rivera
  October (Day TBD) – Men’s Campfire – 7 PM at FMC
• New England Knockouts Family Outing – Saturday, July 13
• Brotherhood Summit – An annual, Saturday morning seminar that feeds body, mind, and spirit with encouraging messages from one or more guest speakers ending with a hearty lunch. Previous speakers have included: Pastor John Blunt, Pastor Bob Wise, Pastor Frank Goodrich, Rex Tignor. Brotherhood Summit – Saturday, September 21, 2024
• Men‘s Cross Training – Winter/Spring 2024 – Revelation 101: Connecting the Dots between Symbolic Vision and Prophecy, meeting with the larger group in the Connect Room downstairs.
• Man Camp – Typically a November outing, some of the guys attend Man Camp with 200 other guys from around New England for a great weekend of fun, food, and fellowship interspersed with biblical teaching and self-improvement sessions. https://www.berea.camp/mancamp

• Breakfasts – Watch for one this Spring!
• Fireside Gatherings – Typically in the Fall – gather with guys for a time around the campfire at the FMC, sharing stories of encouragement and testimony, a devotional message, and of course – food.
• FMO – Men of Integrity

• Outings
• Man Camp (Camp Berea) – Friday, November 8, through Sunday, November 10, 2024
• In 2024 this was held at Pastor Steve’s house. Pot luck. Watch for details in early 2025 for next year’s gathering.
